Who does what, where it stands and what is due today.
A panel for your team with your business's real jobs: orders, works, cases, files. Each person sees their own, you see everything, and nobody asks "where is this at?".
Who it is for
- Workshops and renovation companies
- Firms with case files
- Agencies with several clients at once
- Any team of two to twenty people
What it does
- Jobs with their real stages (received, in progress, waiting on the customer, done).
- Tasks assigned to people, with a date and an alert when due.
- Photos, documents and notes on each job, from your phone.
- A day view for each person and an overview for you.
- History: who changed what and when.
- A notification to the customer when their job changes stage, if you want it.
What you see
- You log in and see what is stuck and what is due today.
- You assign a job in two taps.
- You get an alert when something has sat still too long.
- You pull the monthly report without building it by hand.
With AI
The assistant turns an email or a voice note into a job with its tasks, summarises each morning the state of everything open and flags what has gone too long without moving.
Optional, and always reviewed by you.
What is included and what it costs
It is built on top of your website, made by me, and maintained with your monthly plan: hosting on European servers, nightly backups, updates and changes the next day. The app is quoted in writing according to what it has to do, in phases, so you use the first while I build the next.

Won't Trello or Notion do?
If they do, use them. What I build is for when the generic board falls short: your stages, your data, customer notifications and a connection to your quotes or your CRM.
Does it work from a phone?
Yes. It is meant to be used from the site, the workshop or the street: photos, notes and a change of stage in two taps.
Can the customer see it?
They can have a private link with the status of their job, and nothing else.
