What is included
You hire me, not a hosting company, a designer and an IT person separately. In green, what comes with the website (one-off payment) or with maintenance (optional, monthly). In grey, what gets added to measure when you need it.
All my servers are in the European Union. Nightly backups and each client’s data kept separate.
How it works
From the first conversation to the published website in 2–3 weeks, with your current site running the whole time.
Half an hour, by email or video call. You tell me what you have and what you are missing. Written quote, no obligation.
I show you the website and the panel at a test address, with your real content. You ask for any changes you like.
Domain switch with no downtime and the website live. If you want maintenance, from then on I look after hosting, backups, security and changes every month.
Before you decide
I build your new website with your real content before you pay anything. You see it working, with its panel, at a private address.
With your current website address, or whatever you have: a menu, a catalogue, some photos.
Within days, a private address Google cannot see, with your website built and a sample panel for you to try.
If you like it, it goes live in 2–3 weeks. If not, it gets deleted and that is that.
I only run a few demos at a time, because each one is real work: I will tell you when yours will be ready.
Examples

WordPress since 2009
WordPress is still valid and I still use it on projects. But today you can have something built 100% for your business without spending a lot, and in the long run it is faster and easier to maintain. The comparison, plainly:

Pricing
Prices for businesses outside Spain and Latin America. You pay for the website once and it is yours; monthly maintenance is optional and you can stop it whenever you like. These are starting prices: before I start, I send you the fixed price in writing, so everything is clear for both of us. All prices exclude VAT.

Maintenance Optional

€90 is for a small website. With more pages, more languages or more features, maintenance costs more.
If one month you need more hours: €60 per hour, agreed beforehand. Bookings, CRM and AI assistants are quoted in writing and added on top of your website, no rebuild. The domain and the content are always yours. Is your business in Spain or Latin America? The Spanish version has the local prices.
Frequently asked questions
€750 is the price of a small website: presentation, services and contact, in one language. If it has more sections, several languages or needs connecting to other tools you already use, it costs more. Before I start, I send you the fixed price in writing, with what is included, so everything is clear for both of us.
Not necessarily. If you already have hosting, I set it up there; if not, with maintenance I host it on European servers. If you already have a domain, it stays yours and I point it to the new website without interrupting your email.

Yes. The panel is just filling in forms: you type, upload a photo and save, from your phone too. Anything beyond that, you email me and it is published the next day (with maintenance, 1 hour a month is included).
Because most problems with a WordPress site come from plugins: updates, slowness and hacks. What I build has no plugins and only what you actually use.
The website comes ready for it: your business data in the format machines read, name and address matching your Google Maps listing, a summary for AI assistants and their crawlers let in. Nobody can promise you will be cited; leaving you in a position to be, I can.
The repetitive work: answering frequent enquiries, summarising bookings or messages, drafting a profile from a photo, notifying customers. Always reviewed by you, and only if it helps you.
The domain and the content are yours. I hand everything over exported so you can take it anywhere. No lock-in: you can stop maintenance whenever you like.
About me
I have been building websites since 2009. The early years with WordPress, for agencies and clients in Spain, Europe, the United States and Latin America: consultancies, projects funded by the European Commission, shops and cultural brands. Today I build custom websites and apps, without WordPress, with AI tools for the mechanical part, and I keep them running every month. I work alone: if you write to me, I reply, and you deal with me throughout the project and afterwards.
I am also a portrait photographer, at Fotablos. Hence the care for how what I build looks.
