For agencies · white label
Development capacity when you need it, with no payroll and without your client noticing.
I work for communication, marketing and web agencies as a subcontractor, white label. Over 15 years with agencies in Spain, Europe and the United States. WordPress since 2009 and, for the last few years, custom websites and apps that your clients ask for and you have nobody to build.
Who I am
Pablo Cortés
I have been building websites since 2009. The early years with WordPress, for agencies and clients in Spain, Europe, the United States and Latin America: consultancies, projects funded by the European Commission, shops and cultural brands. Today I build custom websites and apps, without WordPress, with AI tools for the mechanical part, and I keep them running every month. I work alone: if you write to me, I reply, and you deal with me throughout the project and afterwards.
I am also a portrait photographer, at Fotablos. Hence the care for how what I build looks.

What you can get from me
Three things, and I do all three from start to finish: you talk to the person writing the code.
WordPress that gives no trouble
Bricks Builder and JetEngine, never Elementor or Divi. Faithful build from your Figma, content-type architecture built to grow, WPML when needed, migrations and rescues of messy sites without losing SEO. Documented handover so your team works without depending on me.
- Figma to WordPress, pixel for pixel
- Architecture with CPTs and JetEngine
- WPML, WooCommerce, Rank Math, WP Rocket
Custom websites, without WordPress
For the client who wants a website that loads in under a second and nothing to update: hand-written code, a simple panel to change text and photos, hosting on European servers. You present it as yours.
- Loads in under a second, measured
- The end client's own panel
- No plugins: nothing to maintain
Apps and CRMs for your clients
What they ask you for and you do not offer: bookings with payment, quotes and invoices, customer management, orders, profiles, team panels and AI assistants. Custom-built, in phases, integrated with their website and with what they already use.
- Bookings, quotes, CRM, orders
- AI assistants under supervision
- Data in the European Union, GDPR compliant
Commitments in writing
What an agency needs from a subcontractor, and what usually goes wrong. It goes in the quote, not by word of mouth.
I never take your client
The clients who come through your agency stay yours. If they contact me directly, I send them back to you. In writing.
Full white label
No name of mine in front of your client: emails, deliveries, panel and documentation under your brand. If you want me to appear, that is your call.
Confidentiality
I sign an NDA before seeing anything, if you ask. What I see of your client stays there.
Reply within 24 working hours
An email from me every day there is news, and a fixed weekly slot if the project needs it. I do not disappear.
How we can work
Four ways. They combine: a fixed-price project and, afterwards, maintenance or a block of hours.
Per project, fixed price
A 60 to 90-minute briefing, a written proposal within 2 to 4 days with scope, deadline and fixed price. Weekly reviews on a staging site you and your client can see. No "one more small thing" outside the scope: whatever is not included is quoted separately.
The usual for new websites, redesigns and migrations.
Hourly, fixed rate
For one-off jobs, fixes, extensions or second-line support. Detailed timesheet and invoice at the end of the month. One hour minimum.
€60 per hour, excl. VAT.
Monthly block of hours
You reserve hours every month at a better rate and use them whenever you like: changes, urgent fixes, technical questions. You get priority in my calendar. Unused hours do not roll over.
10 hours a month for €540 (€54 per hour), excl. VAT.
White-label maintenance
For your end clients' websites, invoiced to your agency and under your brand: hosting on European servers, nightly backups, updates, security and hours of changes included. You set the price for your client.
€90/month with 1 hour of changes, or €150/month with 2 hours and an editing panel, excl. VAT, per website.
What it costs
Indicative, excluding VAT. The real price goes in writing after the briefing and does not change along the way.

What working with me is like
Briefing
A 60 to 90-minute session with your team. I get the project, the client and the deadlines.
Proposal
Within 2 to 4 days, in writing: scope, deadlines, fixed price and what is out.
Architecture
Content types, integrations and technical decisions in a document before touching code.
Build
Weekly reviews on a staging site. I work in your tools: Figma, Slack, Notion, Jira, whatever you use.
Handover
Documentation for your team, training if needed, and optional white-label maintenance.
Who I have worked with
Almost always with international agencies and under their brand, so most of it cannot be shown. What can:
B2B consultancies in the United States
Several years as the WordPress development of a US agency: corporate websites, content-type architectures and maintenance.
European institutions and projects
Think tanks, projects funded by the European Commission and cultural brands, with WPML and structured content.
Talent agencies
Two websites with their own panel (27 and 55 artists, hundreds of photos imported) and a CRM for actors' agencies, custom-built without WordPress.
Apps up and running
A CRM for people who live in meetings, bookings with automatic payment and a CRM by sector. They are in the portfolio.

Questions agencies ask me
How do you invoice?
I am a registered freelancer in Spain. Spanish agencies get an invoice with VAT; EU agencies get an intra-community invoice without VAT against your VAT number; outside the EU, no VAT. Payment by bank transfer at 15 days, or a 40% advance on fixed-price projects.
Do you work with our tools and our process?
Yes. Figma, Slack, Teams, Notion, Jira, Basecamp or whatever you use. I adapt to your staging environments and your reviews. All I ask for is one clear point of contact.
What if our client writes to you directly?
I tell them to talk to you. It is in the agreement and I keep it: I live on agencies coming back, not on keeping a client.
How much availability do you have?
I work alone and take one or two new projects a month so each one gets full attention. For hourly work and monthly blocks there is more room. If you have something coming, write to me early.
Which languages do you work in?
Native Spanish, professional English and French. Conversational Italian and Dutch. I can talk to your end client in either of the first two.
What if the project uses another technology?
If it is WordPress, Bricks and JetEngine; other builders I migrate, I do not maintain. Outside WordPress I build custom websites and apps with modern code. If you need something else, I tell you in the first email and do not waste your time.
