Privacy policy
This website is designed to process as little data as possible. Here I explain what data I process, why, and what rights you have, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
Controller
- Name
- Pablo Cortés Carranza
- Tax ID
- 48554902Q
- Address
- Calle Salabre, 03540 Alicante (Spain)
- pablo@pcortes.com
What data I process and why
- If you email me: I process your name, your email address and what you tell me, only to reply and, if you ask, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is your request (pre-contractual measures) and my legitimate interest in replying.
- If you become a client: I process the data needed to provide the service and invoice it. The legal basis is the contract and tax obligations.
- When browsing: this website has no forms, uses no tracking cookies or analytics tools, and shares no data with third parties. The server may log technical connection data (such as the IP address) for security reasons, as any server does.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies. The only thing it stores in your browser is your light or dark mode preference, if you use the switch, via the browser’s local storage. It is technical data that never leaves your device, cannot identify you and can be cleared from your browser. That is why no cookie banner is needed.
Where the data is kept
Email is handled with Google Workspace and this website is published on Cloudflare. Both providers offer GDPR-compliant safeguards for international transfers. The applications I build for my clients are hosted on servers in the European Union.
How long I keep it
Enquiry emails, for as long as the conversation lasts and at most one year after the last contact, unless it becomes a business relationship. Invoicing data, for the periods required by tax and commercial law.
Your rights
You can ask me to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing and request its portability by writing to pablo@pcortes.com. If you believe I have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
