With AI
The assistant answers frequent questions by email ("any slot on Saturday?", "how long is a session?"), suggests the first free slot and summarises each morning the day's appointments with what is worth remembering about each customer.

Built by me
For Fotablos' group photo sessions I built a booking system where people save their card without paying; if the session reaches the minimum number of places, countdown, automatic charge and invoice. If it does not, nobody pays anything.
What is included and what it costs
It is built on top of your website, made by me, and maintained with your monthly plan: hosting on European servers, nightly backups, updates and changes the next day. The app is quoted in writing according to what it has to do, in phases, so you use the first while I build the next.

Can I use my Google Calendar?
Yes. Bookings can be pushed to your Google or Microsoft calendar, and your outside appointments block slots on the website.
Do I pay a commission per booking?
No. You pay your monthly fee and nothing else. If you take card payments, the commission is the payment gateway's (Stripe), not mine.
What if I already have a website?
Bookings are added on top of your new website, built by me. If you want to keep the one you have, we can look at it, but it usually makes sense to replace it.
