The studio's website with clear prices and no small print, in Spanish, English and Russian. It replaced the text that used to be sent by WhatsApp whenever someone asked what a session costs.

New website for an agency coming from WordPress with Elementor: a profile per represented artist with photos, credits and videos, filters by age and features, and their own panel so the agency updates everything without asking anyone.

A manageable, refreshed replica of their WordPress site: cast with casting details, blog, team and pages, all from a simple panel. Built in one working day on the previous base.

The agency's actors and actresses, under Cinétika's brand
Each actor requests their website from a landing page, fills in a step-by-step form with autosave and uploads photos; in the panel it is reviewed, their individual website is designed with its own domain and published. Setup plus monthly fee.
CRM for talent agencies
Actors' agencies; several on the same system
Artists, castings and submissions to casting directors, with one link per submission carrying only the agency's brand. Each agency with its data kept separate, daily off-server backups and a public demo.
CRM for people who live in meetings
Consultants, institutional relations, account managers
Before each meeting, a brief on who you are meeting and what was left pending; afterwards, the minutes, the tasks and the follow-up email written in one go. Google and Microsoft calendars connected and subscription billing.

People book a place by saving their card without paying. If the session reaches the minimum number of places, countdown, automatic charge and invoice. If it does not, nobody pays anything.

Companies and institutions in Brussels
A single-user CRM for an institutional relations professional, and a sales demo with five sector profiles: switching sector changes the modules, the stages, the fields and even the words. That switch is the argument.

A private board where each client sees the state of their project: what is to do, in progress or done, with tasks that repeat on their own when due (a weekly mailing, a scheduled post).

My own business: monthly maintenance fees
Stripe charges, the invoicing program issues the invoice and the tool ties the two together and sends the emails. It replaced two WooCommerce plugins and hours of manual reconciliation.

I paste a website address, the tool detects whether it is WordPress, measures speed and SEO and generates a report with a unique link, understandable by a non-technical person and downloadable as PDF, with a contact form.
