A CRM with your stages, your words and nothing you do not use.

Contacts, follow-up and what is going on with each customer, in a tool built for your business. If your trade says "case" and not "opportunity", your CRM says case.

Who it is for

  • Talent and communication agencies
  • Firms and consultancies
  • Sales reps and small sales teams
  • Any business that lives on relationships

What it does

  • A record for each customer with their details, emails, calls and documents.
  • The stages of your real process (first contact, proposal, closed, on hold), not a template's.
  • Tasks and reminders: who to call today and what was left pending.
  • Import of what you already have: spreadsheets, Google contacts, another CRM.
  • Per-user access, so each person sees what is theirs.
  • Full export at any time.

What you see

  1. You start the day with the list of what is due.
  2. Every new contact, from the website or from an email, comes in by itself.
  3. You search by name, company, stage or whatever matters to you.
  4. You see on one screen how the month is going.

With AI

The assistant drafts the summary of each meeting from your notes, suggests the tasks that come out of it, fills in a record from a business card or an email signature, and prepares a brief on who you are meeting before each appointment.

Optional, and always reviewed by you.

Built by me

A Escena is a CRM for talent agencies: represented artists, castings and submissions to casting directors, with one link per submission carrying only the agency's brand. Several agencies in one system, each with its data kept separate. And orgameet is a CRM for people who live in meetings: a brief before, minutes and tasks after.

What is included and what it costs

It is built on top of your website, made by me, and maintained with your monthly plan: hosting on European servers, nightly backups, updates and changes the next day. The app is quoted in writing according to what it has to do, in phases, so you use the first while I build the next.

Questions

Why not HubSpot or Pipedrive?

Because they are built for large sales teams and you pay per user and per module. A custom CRM has only what you use, in your words, and costs the same every month whether you are two or ten people.

Where are my contacts?

On servers in the European Union, with a nightly copy stored off the server. They are yours: export them whenever you like.

How long does it take?

A first usable version, with records, stages and tasks, in two or three weeks. Then it grows in phases, using the first while I build the next.
