An assistant that does the repetitive work of your business, always under your supervision.
It answers the usual questions, summarises what comes in, drafts what you ask for and alerts you to what matters. It works inside your website or your panel, with your data, and you approve what goes out.

What it does
- Answers frequent enquiries by email or on the website with your business's information, not made up.
- Summarises bookings, orders, messages or meetings and sends it to you each morning.
- Drafts records, descriptions, quotes or emails from two facts and a photo.
- Extracts data from documents you are sent: CVs, invoices, PDF forms.
- Translates content into other languages keeping your tone.
- Flags what has sat still too long or what is out of the ordinary.
What you see
- You decide what it may do on its own and what needs your approval.
- You review in the panel what it has prepared and approve or change it.
- You see what it answered and to whom.
- You switch it off whenever you like: the app keeps working without it.
Built by me
In orgameet, before each meeting the assistant prepares a brief on who you are meeting and what was left pending; afterwards it writes the minutes, the tasks and the follow-up email in one go, and you review them before sending.
What is included and what it costs
It is built on top of your website, made by me, and maintained with your monthly plan: hosting on European servers, nightly backups, updates and changes the next day. The app is quoted in writing according to what it has to do, in phases, so you use the first while I build the next.

Does it make things up?
It is given only your business's information and told to say "I don't know" when it does not have it. And whatever goes out is approved by you, at least at the start.
Where does my data go?
Your data lives on servers in the European Union. For the AI part a provider with a data processing agreement is used, without using your data for training; it can be switched off entirely if you do not want it.
What does it cost?
It is quoted according to what it has to do. AI usage has a small cost per request that is included in what we agree.
