With AI
The assistant reads the supplier's delivery note or invoice you send it and proposes the entry, spots unusual usage and suggests orders based on what is normally used each month.
Optional, and always reviewed by you.
What is included and what it costs
It is built on top of your website, made by me, and maintained with your monthly plan: hosting on European servers, nightly backups, updates and changes the next day. The app is quoted in writing according to what it has to do, in phases, so you use the first while I build the next.

Do I need a barcode reader?
No. It works with your phone, which reads barcodes with the camera. If you move a lot of volume, a cheap reader speeds it up.
Does it connect to my invoicing?
Yes, if your program allows it: sales deduct stock and purchases add to it.
Several stores or shops?
Yes. Each location with its own stock, and transfers between them.
